Penthouse: If first impressions are anything to go by then The Penthouse hits the spot every time.  Step inside the hallway and look up, the sunlight streams in through a huge glass atrium and light fills the whole apartment.  Stroll into the living area and you are greeted by a fantastic view of the ocean, Goodrington Sands and Sholeston Cove.

The floor to ceiling glass doors lead out onto an impressive balcony with sun loungers and dining furniture but even better, enjoy the view from the huge spa for a feeling of complete and utter luxury.

 

Take a glimpse through the living area and you will see a state of the art Plasma TV with cinematic surround sound system including DVD player.  The impressive, contemporary kitchen/diner has striking views of the ocean from the Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 1 has a Super King Sized bed with views over Clennon Valley.  The second bedroom, accessed down two steps has an ensuite bathroom, there is one further double bedroom.  A luxury family bathroom completes the picture for a truly fabulous stay.

 

Apartment 1: This spacious apartment has its own private entrance into a large hallway.

The master bedroom has views of the private terrace and rear gardens, there are two further bedrooms each with views of Young's Park.

 

The wow factor in this apartment has to be the enormous lounge/diner with dual aspect views of Young's Park and the rear gardens. Patio doors lead to a charming private terrace with comfortable garden furniture to enable you to enjoy a most relaxing holiday.

 

Apartment 2: A charming ground floor apartment with its own private entrance. This apartment offers open plan living in the kitchen/lounge where the west facing views ensure it catches the evening sun.

 

The master bedroom has a fully fitted ensuite with sunken bath, wall hung WC and vanity unit. Bedroom 2 is a sunny west facing bedroom with ensuite shower, WC and vanity unit.

 

Apartment 4: Entered through the main building, this ground floor apartment has a truly stunning lounge/diner with patio doors that lead out onto a spacious, private balcony.

 

The master bedroom is magnificent in itself having a floor to ceiling wall with access onto the balcony and sweeping views across Goodrington Sands and the ocean beyond.  The master ensuite comprises of bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and Vanity unit. Bedroom 2, is west facing enjoys the evenings sun and has its own ensuite with a walk in shower.

 

Apartment 5: This delightful first floor apartment has views of Young’s Park from the Lounge/Diner, accessed through the rear gardens. Bathroom comprises shower, wc and wash basin.
