Pleasant 2.5-3 mile walk through Benfield Valley Golf Course and running alongside West Hove Golf Course. You might encounter the odd golfer or dog walker, but often a quiet walk with tracks to follow and a couple of easy climbs. Not a trek by any means, but a useful route to know, particularly if you want to work off lunch at nearby dog-friendly Hangleton Manor!
