“Please do not send your dog to this groomers if you love your dogs like we do. They have spend 5 hours there today for no apparent reason other than they can't manage time properly. We were not informed of the delay and they clearly hadn't been walked or let out. When they were collected they were in a cage covered with a blanket with boxes on top. It's disgusting. We normally get charged £85 but this time it over £108 with no consultation with us prior to the grooming. That more than a 20% increase? The money wasn't the issue its the treatment of our dogs that have really upset us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
