Seven Dog Friendly Holiday Cottages with hot-tub

A communal games barn with badminton, table tennis, toys, books and board games is ideal for children to let off steam, whilst adults indulge in a sauna and spa or use the gym, perhaps even swim in the solar heated outdoor swimming pool after a “knock about” on our tennis court. The grounds are extensive with picnic tables and BBQ’s are available and there is children’s play-area with trampoline and play tower. Close to the self catering holiday cottages are three well-stocked Carp / coarse and trout fishing lakes. The surrounding fields are where deer and buzzards roam, as night falls you may even see the badger family and foxes that often pay us an evening visit.

Nestled on gentle slopes between Honiton and Cullompton in East Devon, we offer a self contained holiday accommodation with a choice of six self catering cottages and a large farm house with its own hot tub (charged at £50 per visit), giving a total compliment for up to 42 people. South Farm is an idyllic family holiday destination within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty less than an hours drive from Exmoor or Dartmoor. At South farm holiday cottages we have an out door play area, with slides, swings, climbing frame and a large enclosed trampoline.

The play park with the trampoline will be a great addition to a memorable holiday for the children.

Play barn

At South Farm holiday cottages we have a large play barn, with a special area for the younger children as well as a 1/4 size snooker table, table tennis, table football and a badminton court. This is great place for the kids and grown ups alike regardless of the weather.

There is also a computer connected to the internet free of charge.

Tennis court

If you don't mind sharing the tennis court, our tennis court at South farm holiday cottage is a great place for a knock about. Please check whether the type of tennis court suits your needs as it is not suitable for competition play

Sauna and hot tub

South Farm holiday cottages have the use of a shared hot tub, to help you relax on holiday. There is a charge of £5 for the use of the hot tub per cottage per session, this is only open during peak periods.

The farm house has its own private hot tub on its terrace area charged at £50 per week.
