Dog Friendly Caravan Park in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Windmill Farm Caravan Park is situated in the heart of rural Lincolnshire and is open March until October each year. The unspoilt sanctuary provides a release from everyday stresses, perfect for UK caravan holidays. The site is located at the entrance to Baston Fen Nature Reserve and the MacMillan Walk, opening the door on Lincolnshire’s beauty. The River Glen and Counter Drain bisect the farm and are within easy walking distance
We have a bird Hyde, are very close to several nature reserves, have a warm water dog shower, fishing lake and shower block. All in for £20. We are also a good connecting site between Dover and Scotland - we get quite a few Europeans stop as a rest break at our site for a few days before travelling north to Scotland..
Private Fishing Lake
If you are interested in fishing. we also have a private pond 20 metres from the pitches.
Windmill Farm Fishing Pond provides private fishing for touring caravan residents. The pond is 100 yards from the site, over 1300 sq m (1/3 acre) in size and 2.5m deep with 8 wooden fishing jetties available. The pond is well stocked and contains Carp (ranging from 0.5lb to 12lb), Roach, Rudd,bream and the occasional Perch.
To maintain the water and fish quality the management prohibit the use of barbed hooks, keep nets and fermentable ground baits.

Windmill Farm’s location offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, whilst being positioned within easy reach of local towns and cities. The market town of Bourne is 4 miles away, Spalding 8 miles, Stamford 10 miles and the city of Peterborough and the A1 is only 12 miles. In between these places are numerous villages, pubs and attractions offering their own activities.
