Garyvoe Cottage is set within 14 acres of private, secluded woodland, one mile up the valley footpath from the beach at Crackington Haven on the spectacular North Cornish Coast. The property has it's own private, gated enclosed balcony area perfect for relaxing on a stunning summers day, and due to our valley location, Mineshop is an amazing suntrap.
The Old Shippon
The Old Shippon has been tastefully converted from the old milking parlour and is situated within it's own grounds on the banks of the stream which leads its way through the valley to the beach at Crackington Haven. Outside this property benefits from a large gated decked area as well as its own private garden. The property itself overlooks the woodland beyond the stream where many kinds of wildlife such as Deer, Badgers and Fox can often been seen.
Rostowan is situated in a very private location, close to St.Mawes on the South Coast of Cornwall. This Property is approached from a rough track so if you have a Ferrari or low slung sports car then this is not for you.
Rostowan is situated on the Roseland Peninsula on Cornwall's south coast, which enjoys spectacular sea and rivers walks and views, woodlands and fields, winding lanes, ancient buildings and churches, much of it under the careful ownership of the National Trust.
At the very narrowest point of the peninsula, where Porth Creek and the sea almost cut it in half, Rostowan Villa nestles in a peaceful location with the creek just a stones throw away on one side, and the sea within ear shot on the other. Towan beach itself is just a short stroll down the lane and even in the height of summer is usually very quiet. This Beach is Dog friendly all year round.
“What a special place, the perfect Holiday, Amazing Cottages, we will be back”

“Cindy (Thursday, January 12 12 08:11 pm GMT) My dogs and I have now stayed at Mineshop three times, the last in May, and each stay has surpassed the previous one. I was really pleasantly surprised to find the place just as relaxing in May as in November and February despite the fact the season was well under way. Most of the other cottages were occupied but I was barely aware there was anyone else about unless I happened upon them taking a morning walk in the fields by the stream. I cannot recommend Mineshop enough if you want to take some refuge from a world dominated by noisy crowds, traffic jams, mobile phones and the internet”

“Jessica Lambert (Wednesday, May 09 12 10:23 am BST) We have just returned from an exquisit stay in 'Bantry' Cottage. My children had a lovely time playing in the stream, the fields and the woods. They helped feed the pigs and chickens everyday and morning collected eggs for our breakfast! We all enjoyed the walk to the beach, and enjoyed trying to surf, we caught crabs and fish in the rockpools and built sand castles. There is so much to do, it was lovely to be out of the city so that the children could enjoy so much freedom. We will be back again very soon, thank you very much for an excellent holiday.”
