Food & Drink
For the best places to eat in Falmouth, look no further. The Greenbank has three unique areas to dine in – the stunning Water’s Edge restaurant, our stylish bar, and the cosy Working Boat pub. They all have free parking and our private pontoons are also available to moor up on before cruising in…

Our two AA rosette-worthy, award-winning Water’s Edge restaurant offers relaxed and affordable fine dining. It serves breakfast every morning to our hotel guests, as well as being open until late for non-residents to enjoy our ‘all day every day’ dishes, decadent afternoon teas, Cornish cream teas, Sunday roasts and our seasonal evening menu.

Our Executive Chef Nick, Falmouth born and bred, heads up the kitchen team. He understands that our guests want to taste the view and it’s his job to do his best to deliver this! Perched perfectly on the harbour, you’ll find uninterrupted panoramics in the restaurant whatever the time of day.

The bar and terrace serve brunch, afternoon tea and our ‘all day every day’ menu until late. Perfect for lazy grazing with friends whilst whetting your appetite with our wine list or sipping on a homemade cocktail or two. Don’t miss our Friday cocktail night, where we’ll be shaking and stirring our favourite tipples (from just £10 for two.)

Downstairs, The Working Boat promises hearty favourites and local tipples. Est. 1876 and rebuilt in 2015, it is open daily from 10am – close. With an authentic atmosphere and nautical nods, it’s the perfect place to while away a few hours getting lost in that view. We’re dog-friendly and perfect for families, and our Sunday roasts are proving to be a big hit for Falmouth.

Head Chef Liam Humberstone creates seasonal menus that champion local produce, with a focus on Cornish seafood.

Dog Friendly Rooms
We now have a selection of dog friendly rooms at the hotel and welcome well behaved dogs to come and stay.
