Crumplehorn Cottages - Dog Friendly Self Catering Accomodation in Looe & Polperro, Cornwall

Cornwall is renowned for its year-round mild climate and, as the saying goes, ‘spring comes early and summer lingers on in South East Cornwall’. Our self-catering cottages are set in beautiful countryside and each cottage has a sea view or is situated streamside, offering you magnificent views across the landscape. Sleeping 2 – 6 guests, every individual cottage has its own unique charm. Quirky period features include beamed ceilings, open log fires and original sash windows.

When the sun shines you can relax in your own secluded garden or sun-trap patio. On-site private parking is also available. With safe sandy beaches just a stone’s throw away and rock pools to explore, there’s plenty to keep both young and old entertained for hours in Cornwall. From here you can discover lively, colourful harbours where hazy summer days can be spent crabbing along the harbour wall.

Crumplehorn No. 2  (sleeps 4)
Crumplehorn Cottage No2 – In the heart of the popular coastal resort of Polperro. Our traditional Cornish cottage sleeping up to four guests, with wooden beamed ceilings, sash windows, Cornish stone fireplaces, sun trap patio, and pretty garden. Built on the level Crumplehorn Cottage No2 is within easy walking distance of the colourful harbour, beach, shops, restaurants, Inns, and cafes of Polperro.

Crumplehorn No.3 (sleeps 4)
Crumplehorn Holiday Cottage 3 is a traditional Cornish cottage situated in the stunning coastal resort of POLPERRO – Sleeping up to four guests, with wooden beamed ceilings, picture windows, Cornish stone fireplace, sun trap patio, and pretty front garden. A quaint white washed ‘old world’ cottage facing due south. Enjoying the maximum sunshine in Summer and Winter. Dating from the early 1700’s. Full of character and old world charm.

Sea Scape Cottage (sleeps 5)
Sea Scape is situated just a few metres from our ever-popular Sea Breeze Cottage. With panoramic sea views across Looe Bay and Looe Island and nestling beautiful area of West Looe – Sea Scape Cottage will make your holiday one to remember. Hannafore sea front with its promenade, sand/shingle beach and rock pools to explore, the entrance to the coastal paths, tea rooms, tennis courts, pitch and putt and beautifully kept bowling green dating from the 1920s are all just short stroll from Sea Scape.

Sunny harbour (sleeps 4)
Situated in the heart of the pretty coastal resort of Polperro.Sunny Harbour is our popular 1930’s detached streamside cottage,reached by a small rustic stone bridge over the River Pol which meanders through the village. The cottage has an attractive garden with a pretty sun trap patio and private parking for up to 2 cars (A MUST in the resort of Polperro, where parking is extremely expensive for cottages with no parking facilities). This really is a beautifully sunny holiday home, nestling in the heart of Polperro, just a short stroll from shops, Inns, restaurants, the harbour, beach and glorious coastal paths.

Shellseekers No.1 (sleeps 2 + child)
Shellseekers Cottage is a newly refurbished detached streamside property with a distinct seaside feel. This ground floor apartment enjoys a sunny position by the river, right in the centre of the village – with the advantage of onsite private car parking, directly outside. With a new well-equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining room, with reclining leather sofas, and full sized attractive bathroom, with an electric shower. This charming holiday apartment has it all, flat screen plasma TV, DVD player, selection of books, games, and DVD’s, cooker, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. Each apartment has a private sun patio for relaxing and dining Al fresco.

Shellseekers No. 2 (sleeps 2 + child)
Shellseekers Cottage is a newly refurbished detached streamside property with a distinct sea side feel. This first floor apartment enjoys a sunny position by the river, right in the centre of the village – with the advantage of onsite private car parking, directly outside. Shellseekers No2 (First floor) also a one bedroom, spacious Nautical Apartment, with a real sea side, holiday feel – perfect for two. With one double and one single bed and plasma TV in the bedroom (Can also sleep a child by arrangement and small additional fee of £30.00pw). We also have Shellseekers No1 (Ground floor) a one bedroom, spacious Nautical Apartment, perfect for two. With one double and one single bed and plasma TV in the bedroom (Can also sleep a child by arrangement and small additional fee of £30.00pw).

Seabreeze (sleeps 6)
