“We have been with Cornish Traditional Cottages twice before and have booked again for this year. We have always found the website easy to use and is accurate in the description of the accomodation. The staff have always been helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Earlier this year we booked our holiday for next year but unfortunately due to personal circumstances the owners of the house we had booked pulled out of the scheme. Cornish Traditional Cottages were straight on the phone advising us of the problem and offered to check for further accomodation or if we preferred they would refund us our deposit. We have now found a beautiful cottage for next year!!!”
