The superb, open-plan, high-spec kitchen is equipped with an American-style fridge freezer, a large range cooker with 4 ovens and 5‑zone induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and Nespresso machine—ideal for entertaining.

The kitchen flows into a large conservatory with a solid wood dining table seating eight, insulated for all-year use. The living room a large sofa and chairs for 8 people, Freeview Smart TV, Sky, NOW TV, and super-fast fibre Wi-Fi.
