Loweswater

Park at Maggies Bridge carpark at the East end of the lake, or along the edge of the road nearer the west end of the lake. both free

Nice easy walk, can be wet/muddy in places around the lake, Following the road for about 1/4 of walk.

Walk through Holme wood, new paths have been created to allow wheelchair/pram access in the wood.( not available all the way round, park in Maggies bridge and walk into wood and return same way)

Lovely lakeside views, pick your time and you can have the place to yourself!!
