Priory Lea is the last property on a quiet no-through road surrounded by fields and woodland, often described as having the best of both worlds by many of our guests who return year after year as it is only a mile from the main shopping centre but has the countryside on its doorstep.

There is ample private parking, a patio area, and two lawns set amongst a well established garden.

We have been established for over twenty years and we are resident proprietors.

We are situated on the south side of Buxton, close to the A515 leading to the Derbyshire Dales.

A five-minute walk from the apartments brings you to a twenty-four hour Tesco Express supermarket and petrol station, a further ten minute walk and you are in the town centre.  Buses into town run from the other end of White Knowle Road.

It is ideal for pets as there are many pleasant walks that begin from our car park.

Apartment 1
Two bedrooms, sleeps 2 – 6, pet friendly. A two-bedroomed, ground-floor apartment sleeping from two to six people.
There is a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed that has lovely views looking out over to the fields. Bedroom two is slightly smaller also with a double and single bed and has an additional washbasin, it also has views over the fields.

Apartment 2
1 Bedroom, sleeps 2 – 4, pet friendly.  Apartment 2 is a one-bedroom, ground floor apartment sleeping from two to four people. There is a spacious bedroom with double bed that has lovely views of the garden. The separate kitchen/diner retains some of the original and now restored Victorian cupboard.

Apartment 3
1 bedroom sleeps 2. It is the only apartment that is not fully self-contained and so this is reflected in the price as the private bathroom is situated just at the side of the main apartment.  It has an electric shower, bathroom heater and WC. The bedroom has a double bed, washbasin, and garden view.

Apartment 4
One bedroom, sleeps 4, pet friendly. It is a one-bedroom first floor apartment sleeping four people. It has full central heating and hot water which is included in the price and also has independent heaters.The bedroom has a double bed and lovely views overlooking the fields. There are french doors leading to a spacious sun terrace with excellent views of the woodland and fields to the front, and garden to the side.

Apartment 5
One bedroom, sleeps 3, pet friendly. It is on the second floor and is the only apartment on that level. It has full central heating and hot water which is included in the price and also has independent heaters. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The en-suite bathroom has an electric shower, washbasin, WC and bathroom heater.

Amenities
There is free wi-fi in all of the rooms.

There is a separate communal laundry room with vaccuum cleaners etc for guests use and each apt has it’s own iron, ironing board and clothes maiden. There is central heating and hot water throughout included and each apt has a £1 coin electricity meter, so you only pay for what you use.

We will provide bed linen and towels.

It is ideal for pets with many walks straight from our car park and there is a small charge of £2 per night (max 2 dogs per apt)
