Short Breaks

Many of our cottages are available all year and are booked weekly in the main season which runs from the end of May to the end of September. However, Devon, Cornwall and Somerset are popular holiday locations all year round and during the remainder of the year many of our holiday cottage owners are happy to welcome visitors on short breaks to the South West.

Short break bookings in our cottages can start on any day of the week and are flexible and good value for money. The rental of a 3 night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period, 4 nights is 80% and 5 nights is 85%.

A short break in the South West beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday means that the rent for the following Saturday applies. Short breaks beginning Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the rent for the previous Saturday applies.
