Our 2 self contained units are situated in an old farm house.
Each unit has its own entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living/dining area.
The units are set around a communal courtyard with an attached orchard where you are welcome to have BBQ's, Relax or Play.

The accommodation comes with bedding but no towels.
There are no tv's as people come here to relax and reconnect with each other and with nature.
We have a small seasonal bar on site, which you are welcome to use or there is a local pub 5 minuits walk away.

This site is nestled in the valley of Littleham, just 10 minutes from the renowned UNESCO World Heritage coastline. The town of Exmouth lies one and a half miles away, with fantastic bus and train links to the historic city of Exeter.

We also have a selection of grass and hard standing pitches for touring and camping to suit different size units, with or without electric hook-ups.

Enjoy the restaurants and bars of Exmouth town just a 50 min stroll along the esplanade. There is also the idyllic Exe estuary on the other side of Exmouth, a bird watchers paradise, with walks all the way to Exeter.
