Luxury self catering holiday cottages near Salcombe, Kingsbridge & Hope Cove with enclosed gardens. A unique Coast & Country location.

Our cottages have been converted from traditional barns to create three self-catering holiday cottages which are full of charm and character.



The cottages are set in their own grounds overlooking their enclosed gardens and a small young orchard. They are situated 0.5 miles from the clifftops of Bolberry Down and 1 mile from the picturesque village of Hope Cove and its pet-friendly beaches.

Bolberry Farm Cottages were converted in 2003 and are managed by the owners Hazel & Sean Hassall. All the cottages have the same décor and are cleaned on each changeover to an exceptionally high standard, personally supervised by the owners.

All our cottages are child friendly & very welcome and have an enclosed grassed garden with a further small young orchard which is also enclosed and safe for children to play. We do not charge extra for cots or high chairs and all cottages have chidren's DVD's, games and freeview TV.
Each staircase has a gate fitted at the base and additional ones may be requested free of charge for the tops of the staircases. Our nearby Port Light Hotel has a large kids play park which is open during bar service hours and there is a children's menu both lunchtime and evenings.



The cottages are totally pet-friendly. For your pet, there are the following benefits:

It is requested that pets are NEVER left unattended at the cottages.

Buttercup Cottage The end cottage on the left sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

The front door opens into the open plan living room and kitchen. It is a cosy cottage with the largest garden of the three properties.

The living area comprises of two two-seater sofas, an open coal-effect gas fire, pine furniture, Freeview TV and DVD player.

The staircase (gated at the bottom) leads from the kitchen upstairs to a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Clover Cottage
The middle terrace sleeps 4, plus 1.

The front door opens into a large hall area leading from this into a double bedroom, a bathroom and a twin bedroom which can take an extra bed to sleep a 5th person.

The staircase leads up to a light and spacious, open plan living room and kitchen. The living room comprises of one two-seater sofa, two armchairs, pine furniture, open coal-effect gas fire. Freeview TV with DVD player.

Daisy Cottage
The far right cottage, which is the largest and sleeps 7, plus infants.

The front door opens into a hallway. Leading off from the hall is the double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room & toilet and a further shower/bathroom with toilet..

The staircase leads upstairs to a small landing which leads to a triple bedroom and open-plan living room and kitchen.

The living room comprises of three two-seater sofas, pine furniture, FreeviewTV with DVD player.
