The Lookout is the upper level of the modern new extension to the left (as you look at it from the beach) of Parade House which was the original building. It is above The View which we also manage. The kitchen and living spaces, master bedroom suite and a shower room are on this level with the three further bedrooms upstairs positioned at the back of the original old house.

A contemporary Stephen Graver kitchen, state of the art Sonos system, 6 person Hot Tub gives you the ultimate space to enjoy your break. The Lookout achieves something previously never achieved in Woolacombe – The best views, luxury living and still 4 bedrooms for everyone to appreciate. Ultra-modern, the Lookout’s living space combines a brand new Stephen Graver kitchen, complete with Bosch and Siemens appliances, a stylish and unique Glass Link (check out the pictures) for dining and large living space for relaxation. The entire space is complemented by wrap around floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views. For the cooler days there is a good looking log burner. The kitchen comes fully equipped with Bosch and Siemens appliances and Nespresso coffee machine in a friendly island type layout perfect for family / friends gatherings. Look forward to grabbing a bar stool and sitting with your favourite tipple while chef prepares his / her culinary delights. Enjoy the results from the stunning 360 degree glass link or romantic table on the balcony – the choice is yours. All the time the views are stunning.
There are 4 luxury bedrooms in the Lookout all fitted out with crisp linen bedsheets and throws in the most up to date colour schemes. The spacious Master Bedroom with Super King size bed benefits from a luxury en-suite with stunning freestanding bath and shower, its own dressing area and 3 large windows. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs sleeping another 6 people. One with queen size bed, one with a double and the other with two single beds. The property can sleep 8 in total plus a baby as a travel cot is provided.
The Lookout has both balcony and private courtyard available depending on your mood. Both areas afford you great views of the sea and horizon so the only problem will be choosing. The private courtyard comes complete with its own Hot Tub, table and chairs for alfresco dining.
There is designated off road parking for three cars.
There is a refundable damage deposit of £500.
The charge per dog per holiday is £25.

Guests will also find two adult membership cards** upon arrival to their property, giving them entry to the gym, spa and pool facilities at Woolacombe Bay Hotel.

Perfect for our faithful friends, Port of Call is almost directly on our beautiful National Trust Coast path leading around Morte Point, past the lighthouse and beyond to Lee and Ilfracombe. It is a large, comfortable two bedroom ground floor apartment in a development of similar high spec contemporary properties constructed on the site of the popular former Rockham Hotel in Mortehoe village. A perfect location for exploring our coastline. The spacious open living space spans front to back with the front being nearly all glass with patio doors looking out across the road to the car park and National Trust land beyond.
Rosalie ( sleeps 4 - 6)
The two-bed apartment is part of the newly rebuilt rear section of Parade House. It has been built and furnished tastefully to a very high standard having oak flooring and solid oak doors throughout. It has been designed and furnished with visitors very much in mind. Rosalie Apartment is very conveniently situated close to the village Centre for its shops, places to eat, entertainment and the world-class beaches. With possibly the best outdoor facilities of all our properties to date offering incredible views that are hard to beat, Rosalie is set to be extremely popular!
Seascape, 7 Pebbles Court (sleeps 4)
A great beachside apartment,southerly facing, looking out over Woolacombe bay across to Baggy Point to the south and Lundy island to the west. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the steps down to Combesgate beach or up to the coastal path leading to Morte Point. There is one car parking space to the rear of the property. Entrance to the apartment is via the private patio at the front and seaside of the apartment. This is reached via a flight of steps from the car park.
This lovely property offers 2 bedrooms with the added facility of a double sofa bed in the living room making it suitable for up to 6 people. It also has an en-suite to the master double and a family bathroom and 2 car parking spaces plus an occasional visitor space on a first come first served basis so is more than adequate accommodation for a larger or extended family group.
