Welcome to Country Paws, a professional grooming salon owned by Steph Dodd.

It has been Steph’s dream to set up this business for many years and her passion has always been focused on the care and support of animals. She has two rescue dogs of her own, Scamp and Lily, and is a keen supporter of The Dog’s Trust and the RSPCA.

Steph passed her City and Guilds Level 2 exam with Merits and Distinctions as well as her Level 3 Practical exam, having trained at the well respected KD Grooming Salon in Wincanton, Somerset. Steph is also trained in Canine First Aid, and has a Certificate of Excellence in Handling and Control of Dogs.

Your much loved dog will be equally cared for in Steph’s gentle hands. Because this is her own business, she is a perfectionist, fully dedicated to what she does and every dog will get her personal attention. Steph will listen carefully to the owners on how they would like their pet groomed and for any special instructions.

By using Country Paws, you can relax knowing that your dog is in safe hands. Steph is experienced, expertly trained and insured. She prides herself on her exceptional attention to detail. The average turnaround time for each dog is 90 minutes but this varies depending on breed and the amount of grooming required.
