Canine companions are welcome visitors to the Durham Dales Centre. We have a range of dog friendly facilities and our doggie friends have full access to the grounds including the Dales Garden and courtyard.

The Durham Dales Centre is situated in Stanhope, Weardale in the heart of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). A unique venue with a range of attractions such as a tearoom offering homemade hot and cold meals, speciality coffees and teas, gift shops and speciality craft shops, gardens, visitor information, funtion room and business offices.
The Durham Dales Centre is home to a great range of facilities aside from shops and the tearoom:

Car Park - The onsite car park is free with a 4-hour maximum stay restriction.

Toilets & Baby Changing Facilities - Cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.

Disabled Access - Everywhere at the Durham Dales Centre is accessible for all.

Dog Friendly - Dog bowls are placed in the courtyard so dogs can relax and refresh themselves when visiting too!
