“This was the first time our dog had gone into kennels while we were on holiday. As he is an anxious dog finding the kennels that were right for him was very important. The staff are extremely professional and made him feel welcome. He really enjoyed his time at the kennels and the staff made a real fuss of him. We cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness they showed towards our dog during his little stay with them. They went above and beyond and let us know after the first couple of days that he had settled in and that he relaxed, little things like this help to put your mind at ease. For anyone thinking of boarding their fur-baby whilst they are away I would definately recommend Hilltop Boarding Kennels and Cattery Hotel.”
