“I tried Posh Paws on recommendation from a colleague,, my initial enquiry could not be accommodated but decided to try again, Sophie was at a lunch as I called at the weekend and asked me to message her and she would get back to me. After 60 hours I called her again, and was asked to remind me of the dates I requested. Her customer service is pretty rubbish, hopefully she’s better with the dogs she cares for. ”
