“during may to september dogs must be on lead on the allowed beaches not allowed on blue flag beaches signs not brilliant”

“There are no clear indications where I can take my dog in the summer. There are no toilets nearby - had to walk about 1 mile from where I was on the beach. Charges for parking in the winter are stupid! Are the Council trying to drive everyone away? ”

“My dogs love Hayling Beach, loads of sand, water, grass and sand dunes to run and play. I would advise going at low tide as at high tide there is no sand, and the sea can be very rough. Cirtain areas have restrictions in the summer. The beach past the Inn on the Beach beyond the beach huts can be used all year round by dogs, opposite Portsmouth.”
