Ardverikie is one of the most spectacular and visually stunning private estates in Scotland, nestling in the very heart of the Highlands.

From its Victorian roots as a traditional Highland sporting Estate, Ardverikie has been developed into a commercially successful enterprise, owned and run by the descendants of its original founder, with business activities covering holiday cottages, weddings, filming, forestry, farming, sporting, deer management and generating electricity through hydro electric power.

As a visitor to the Estate, you can enjoy the privilege of walking in unspoilt wilderness, dense forests and sandy lochs where the ever changing weather will connect you close to the landscape before you retreat home into one of our cosy self catering cottages.

Sleeping from 3 to 13 people in a variety of locations around the Estate we have properties to suit all sizes of group and budget.

Inverpattack Lodge

Inverpattack Lodge is our flagship property, set in elevated grounds overlooking the River Pattack, along a private drive. Completely refurbished in 2018, it now offers our highest standard of accommodation for 8 people.

It has warm, luxury carpets and furnishings, a very well equipped kitchen, superb bathrooms and a separate TV/Movie room and for ultimate luxury a bubbling Hot Tub!

Gatelodge

Gatelodge is situated by the main entrance to Ardverikie on the banks of the River Pattack. With its fairytale turret and spiral staircase this charming house is a popular choice with couples looking for a romantic break.

Pinewood
(Short Term Let Licence - HI-70182-F, EPC rating E)
Pinewood is situated in the heart of the estate in a secluded woodland setting. Accessed from the private drive to Ardverikie this single storey accommodation with enclosed garden is an excellent base for families with small children or dogs.  It is within easy walking distance of the incredible sandy beaches of Loch Laggan.

Gallovie Cottage

(Can be booked jointly with either Rowan Brae and/or Gallovie Farmhouse for larger parties wishing to stay within easy walking distance.)

Gallovie Cottage is a refurbished, traditional, semi-detached cottage set in a secluded woodland location behind Rowan Brae, ideal for those seeking a quiet holiday. Dogs are welcome but must be well behaved and kept under control at all times as the garden is not enclosed.

Rowan Brae

Rowan Brae is a bright and airy bungalow situated on a working farm above Gallovie Farmhouse. With its elevated location Rowan Brae enjoys open views to the hills behind Inverpattack. Dogs are welcome but must be well behaved and kept under control at all times as the garden is not enclosed.

Gallovie Farmhouse

Gallovie is the largest holiday house at Ardverikie with all the character of a traditional Highland Lodge.

Set in its own large private garden with views over open fields to the hills behind Inverpattack, the house is popular with groups of family and friends, many returning year after year.
