Our local presence means we very much operate a hands on approach to our properties, ensuring a high quality of service to our guests and homeowners alike.
Our commitment to the environment and sustainability is extremely important to us, as such we aim to use eco-friendly cleaning products and are reducing single use plastics wherever possible in our fully managed properties.

We have pet friendly cottages from seaside to countryside, so there's something for everyone!
Some have limits on numbers of pets, but can be flexible so please contact the team if you have any special requests and we will see what we can do.

Ballarhennie House (sleeps 6)
Ballarhennie House is a large family holiday home set in spacious grounds, sleeping up to 6.
The property is situated just a short distance from miles of sandy beaches, near to Kirk Michael on the north west coast of the Isle of Man.
The house has three good sized bedrooms, consisting of a twin room and two doubles (all of which are en-suite). A large lounge offers comfortable seating for all guests, complete with a full sized pool table, table tennis and a bar! A small snug joins a large dining room which boasts a large table, ideal for entertaining. A large garden complete with pond, and an outdoor table is ideal for al-fresco dining!
East Ballabane Farmhouse (sleeps 6)
East Ballabane is a traditional Manx farmhouse in a wonderful position overlooking the coast and farmland in the north of the Isle of Man, as well as the Ayres Nature Reserve. The area surrounding Ballabane is excellent for walking, cycling, and bird-watching. A site of major ecological significance, parts of the Ayres have been designated as an Area of Special Scientific Interest and as a National Nature Reserve.
The farmhouse is set in an enclosed courtyard, which is a real suntrap. It also provides plenty of space for parking. There is a garden in front of the property with a picnic bench and bbq area. You can also enjoy shared use of the large tree lined lawn that is ideal for games and more picnics!
There are wonderful beaches 5 minutes away in either direction, and there is also a golf course only 5 minutes away.
Surfside (sleeps 4)
Surfside is a delightful coastal cottage with spectacular views. Central position within Port Erin gives immediate access to amenities, restaurants and bars. The conservatory and enclosed garden provides seclusion. Ideal location for walking and enjoying the scenery.
We are open all year with convenient parking, central heating and a log burning fire. The property comes prepared with all you need for the log burner to ensure a comfortable stay. Linen & towels are provided, washing & ironing facilities are available as is use of the small garden.
Colby Mill (sleeps 6)
Colby Mill is a holiday cottage for six people, in a quiet area of the south of the Isle of Man, next to Colby river.
Colby Glen, one of the Manx national glens is a couple of minutes walk up the road from the cottage, a small 5 acre glen it has its own charm, especially in the spring and early summer when wild bluebells and primroses are found in profusion.
The Colby River runs through the Colby Glen and down immediately past Colby Mill holiday cottage, you can hear the gentle and peaceful sound of this small river from each of the bedrooms and living area. There is a small gravelled outdoor area as you enter the property from the parking area, with some outdoor seating.
