Bainside House - Dog Friendly Campsite in Kirkby on Bain, Lincolnshire

Welcome to Bainside Coarse Fishery, Holiday Home, Commercial Caravan & Camping Site. Our aim is to provide a pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable stay for all our visitors, whether they are here for a days fishing or a longer stay in our holiday lodge or on our Caravan site.

Our Adult only caravan & camp site is on the edge of the small village of Kirkby on Bain with a large level well drained field.

Camping & Caravanning
Our site is on the edge of the small village of Kirkby on Bain.
For added security for our site we have decided to add an automatic barrier of which we ask for a £20 deposit on arrival.
We have a large level well drained field with 4 hard standings and 6 pitches with Eco grid so that the wheels of your caravan can sit on. (we will do our best to reserve any pitch you require, but can not promise this due to logistics in the week before your stay may prove to be difficult).
We have 15 electric hook ups in total and 3 water points across the site making plenty of room for each pitch.
We also have a grassed field primarily for tents.

Adults only.
On site we have 2 Clean well maintained toilets / showers with heating (one of which is DDA compliant) and 1 separate toilet.
By the shower blocks we have an out side sink with hot & cold running water.
We have a recycling policy on site.

Pod
Why not have an adult stay away for a couple of days or longer. Celebrate that special occasion.  unwind, relax, fish and forget all your stresses with a glass or two and watch the sunset go down.

As our pod is Positioned on the Southern edge of the lake you’re in the perfect place to see the last of the day light hours under the stars and a couple of candles to set the mood.

The pod comes with it's own private fishing peg, but don’t let this limit you as we have another 34 pegs around the lake to fish from.

Bainside Holiday Lodge
Bainside Holiday Lodge is a comfortable 2 bedroom Lodge that sleeps up to 4 people (please note we do not provide cots and accept children from 3years old). We have good on-site fishing approximately 80 yards from the lodge. We are in an ideal location for exploring the East Coast, Lincoln, Woodhall Spa and the Wolds.

Dogs
They must be quiet well behaved dogs.
Must not be left unattended.
Kept on a max 2m lead at all times.
We do have a short dog walk area on site, but there are good dog walks locally.
We do not allow dogs around the lake at any time, apart from registered assistance dogs.
We have provide a dog waste bin next to the bins on site.
