A well equipped modern property in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the dog-friendly beach

Sandpiper Cottage is a superb modern detached bungalow tucked away in a quiet location less than five minutes walk from the dog-friendly sandy beach in Trusthorpe.  This is the perfect base for a short break, or holiday by the sea all year round.

Inside the property everything is brand new, and outside it benefits from a secure, pretty private rear garden. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms with two bathrooms.

The comfortable living room at the rear of the cottage with french doors opening onto the garden, has ample seating for four, and a 55” Smart TV.

At the rear of the property a large kitchen diner, with seating for four, is well equipped with an electric hob, double cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and also a washer/dryer. There is a door from the kitchen into our bright and relaxing conservatory with patio doors which open out into the pretty, enclosed private garden. There is a bistro table for four with parasol on the patio,  and sun loungers are available for guests’ use.

Bedroom one has a kingsize bed and a modern ensuite shower room with generous shower, washbasin and WC.

Bedroom two has comfortable twin beds, The bathroom has a bath with powerful shower, washbasin and WC.

There is unlimited free wifi throughout the property, and ample parking for two cars. Up to two small dogs, or one medium-sized dog are welcome at Sandpiper Cottage free of charge.
