“Trims & Treats is a fabulous place and an absolute godsend for when my wife and I are busy and need somewhere safe, responsible and loving to look after our dog. I have absolutely nothing but praise for the place. Additionally, our cockerpoo has been groomed there on several occasions and every time she has emerged looking fantastic. Highly recommend ”

“Yeah it's a nice place to leave your dog for the day if he/she is not good at being left alone but it is NOT a professional dog salon. We asked for our dog to be hand stripped and washed, our breed of dog requires hand stripping to stop his hair malting and for his new hair to grow in properly. Instead he was washed then trimmed with scissors resulting in the worst malting ever. When we went to complain and talk to the dog groomer we were told we couldn't speak to her as she only speaks Hungarian and inconveniently nobody else there speaks Hungarian. So not only did we not get what we specifically asked for but now we can't sort out our dogs malting for another 6 months till his hair grows out again, it's growing in bizarre tufts and odd lengths, we weren't offered any refund, apology or explanation. Very unimpressed would definitely warn you to go to a professional dog groomers. Stay away!!!”

“They offer a very affordable dog daycare with great hours. Daycare area is small and simple but the dogs get taken on walks to regents park. Staff is very nice and can also take care of dogs on weekends. My dog loves going here and runs in to meet the owner every day. Highly recommended by me and my dog!”
