Our responsibility is to offer you a choice of carer for your four legged family member. A carer who will provide a safe and loving home from home environment in which your dog will feel relaxed and secure allowing you to focus on commitments, be they business or pleasure, without worry or apprehension. Before any stay you and your dog will always meet your selected carer to ensure that everyone is fully matched and comfortable with each other.. No payment is taken until you are happy with your chosen dog carer.

What is home dog boarding?

Home dog boarding is when your dog goes to stay with a host family where your dog lives as part of the family, in their home with his own bed, food, toys and enjoys all the comforts of home away. There are no kennels and no cages involved.

What has changed?

Home boarding used to be all about personal, one to one care. Dogs from other families were not allowed to mix. Unfortunately this has now changed and many home boarding providers today do so to maximise profit and are now allowed to fill their homes with dogs from more than one family, accept additional day care dogs and pack walk up to 6 dogs together. We believe given mass boarding your dog no longer receives all the loving one-to-one care, attention and individual exercise your dog requires.

 Holidays4Dogs Carers are not looking after your dog for profit (if they did they'd have lots of dogs staying at once like other boarders) instead they enjoy the company of your dog and provide loving care willingly for your dog. We believe it’s important to match your dog to the perfect carer, this will be someone who is as near as possible to where you live and of course is available when you need them. We always invite you and your dog to meet your dog’s carer before any stay to make sure you are 100% happy and go away with complete peace of mind leaving your dog. We understand trust is a very important thing and as such our carers like to keep in touch while you are away providing updates for you.
