Add a Review“Extremely disappointed with this product and the company. I bought the Cosy Couch Mattress Dog bed for my 5-month-old puppy. Within just a few hours the seam split, my puppy pulled out the stuffing and even ate some of it. For something advertised as “tough” and resistant to damage, the quality is shockingly poor. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of showing any concern or empathy, they dismissed my complaint and refused to take responsibility. I was left with a damaged, unsafe bed and a puppy that could have been harmed. The product is not durable as advertised, and the company is not interested in helping their customers. I would not recommend buying from them.”
