“Hi, my name is Carrie. After 17 years in retail and working nights, I was looking for a total change in direction. With my lifelong love of dogs and passion for walking and the outdoors, Digs for Dogs was the perfect opportunity for me to combine the two.



I operate dog walking rounds in Sale, Altrincham, Hale and Bowden. Usually, I will be out and about in Sale Water Park, John Leigh Park or the Trans-Pennine Trail. I pride myself on my service and will always try and help customers out and go the extra mile where I can.

Each dog walk lasts approximately one hour but if the sun’s shining we might take a little longer and let your pups explore until their hearts are content!

Digs for Dogs pooches love their time out with their dog walker whatever the weather, and with so many great places to visit in the local area, we’re always spoilt for choice.

We like to vary our walks between the following locations to keep your dogs excited by new smells and places to explore. Our Walking areas include in Sale Water Park, John Leigh Park or the Trans-Pennine Trail.



Whether its daily dog walking by the river or long relaxing peaceful countryside walks, we love seeing our dogs having fun and getting fit at the same time. We also arrange regular doggy day trips out to Formby Beach during the summer months.

We offer a flexible dog walker service and can usually accommodate your dog at late notice. So, if you get stuck give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Our team are DBS checked (previously CRB), Qualified in Dog First Aid and fully insured to give you peace of mind.
