Situated on a quiet country lane, on the outskirts of the rural village of Hale, in Merseyside, is this quintessentially English cottage.
A chocolate-box property boasting lovely period features, including a traditional Norfolk reed thatched roof set in ever-changing landscaped gardens, with a plethora of colour making it an ideal place to sit out of an afternoon or early morning with a refreshing beverage.
Step into the spacious lounge, where you can spend your evening with your loved ones relaxing in front of the TV and can catch up with all your favourite shows, with the delightful warming wood burner to keep you toasty during those chilly evenings.
The dining area also houses a wood burner, so you can have family gatherings at the table over a hearty meal and a glass of chilled wine, as you catch up on the day's events.
The kitchen has been fitted to a high standard and houses a range of contemporary appliances, so you can easily rustle up a delicious meal.
Resting alongside the lounge is a spacious king-size bedroom, boasting an en-suite shower room, ideal for those with limited mobility.

Hale Village is ideally placed within reach of the thriving city centre of Liverpool, boasting its historic Royal Albert Dock, dating back to the Victorian era and Grade I listed, a lively place with a selection of pubs and restaurants for fine dining, not to mention the famous Tate museum.
Inside, you will find a range of contemporary art from well-known artists, with themed displays that change regularly.
Venture towards the magnificent Cavern Club, an intimate local pub with associations to the Beatles, still popular to this day and continually hosting live-acts.
The city is home to two football stadiums, Goodison Park and Anfield, if you're in the area when a football match is on, or you can delight in the nearby historic buildings of St George's Hall, the Merseyside Maritime Museum and the Walker Art Gallery, with so much history inside, you won't want to leave!
