Garden Retreat
Serene spots are a plenty at The Three Swallows. Grab a rustic, oven fired pizza and a refreshing pint at our garden bar or enjoy small plates with friends on our patio and lawn. All decorated with a stretch tent and festoon lighting, our industrial, contemporary barrel tables mixed with wild greenery encompass all you need to relax. All are perfect to gather together and get a round in.

Situated along the border of Cley Next the Sea and Newgate village, The Three Swallows is located on the crossroads of Holt Road and Glandford Road. Only 5 minutes from the Norfolk Coastline it makes the perfect seaside escape.

Dine & Drink
From sumptuous suppers to long lunches, or after a long walk, our charming menu is full of joy. Our eclectic menu sees quintessential British classics rub shoulders with modern bistro dishes, as well as plenty of small plates for nibbling on with drinks.

Every tipple is covered with us. Real ales, craft beers, carefully curated cocktails and a broad wine list will quench all thirsts. Oh and we’ve been told we serve a great pint of cask too, but you’ll have to come and try one to be sure!
The hops that flavour your beer will taste different depending on where they're grown. A Cascade hop from Oregon will much zestier than one grown in the UK. What would your local hops taste like?
