“I got my first German Shepherd puppy from Sherry in December 2023 and loved the idea of taking him to training classes with his breeder, Sherry, and his sister, Chilli. I have learnt just as much from these classes as he did! Sherry is wonderful in her training methods using a balanced approach with positive and negative reinforcement. We developed many skills over the 5 weeks: Watch, Sit, Heel, Leave, Down, Stay, Recall, Fetch and incorporating these skills in various techniques (with and without distraction for example). The classes were cancelled one week due to illnesses and Sherry accommodated this by moving the classes along to ensure we everyone received the full 5 weeks training. I would highly recommend Woodhorn Dog Training Class to anyone regardless of how far along their training is as Sherry offers wonderful one-to-one and group guidance in small classes. ”
