“My fox terrier has never been groomed professionally as I have always done it, but due to trauma she has experienced through illness she wont let me near her to groom her...I explained this to Donna and she said she would try to see what she could do....Well I was amazed and so very relieved to see my baby looking beautiful...she had the whole works and was not stressed when I picked her up...To say that Donna obviously had put her at ease had made me as a parent very happy...many many thanks.”
