My Best Friend - Dog Day Care Service in North Shropshire

My doggy day care service is a great solution for those of you who are at work all day and would like your best friend to be able to mix with a limited number of other dogs. Dogs that come for doggy day care will get a fun country walk and an opportunity to play with others before going home happy and tired. Given the limited number of spaces, services are offered on a first come first served basis

I also offer a  home from home boarding service for existing daycare clients which is so much kinder than traditional dog kennels. Please note it’s usually busy during public/school holidays and particularly during the summer months, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Our clients……

Before accepting dogs as new clients, My Best Friend carry out an assessment  to check their vaccination record, general personality and behaviour around us and other dogs. We take small sized dogs over the age of 14 weeks, who are fully vaccinated (inc. KC) and have regular flea and worming treatments. We cannot accommodate unneutered males after the age of 1 year old, nor can we take bitches in or about to start their season. Most importantly we cannot take dogs that are not well socialised with other dogs.
