Nestled in the Surrey Hills countryside, our extensive grounds provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for our residents. Our dog boarding facilities are second to none, providing a home-from-home to your canine friends.

Facilities
Our main kennel block has two corridors leading from a central kitchen and is fully centrally heated. Each pen has its own individual inside sleeping area and outside run.

A plastic bed and cosy fleece or duvet is provided or alternatively the boarders are more than welcome to bring their own bedding to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Fresh water is provided and topped up throughout the day and a “good night” biscuit is given to all our guests with owners’ permission.

Nutrition
A well fed dog is a happy dog and we cater for all dietary requirements. We stock most main brands of pet food – please check when booking.

We are also happy to maintain preferred feeding regimes. With this service owners are required to bring their pets food with them.

Vaccinations & medication
We want all the animals in our care to remain healthy and unfortunately we cannot admit any guest to Crossways that is not up-to-date with its vaccinations. On arrival we will require evidence that each guest holds a current vaccination certificate.

We are happy to cater for dogs with ongoing medical problems (ie diabetes, epilepsy etc.)

If medication needs to be administered this will be undertaken provided the animal accepts the medication without resistance, and that it can be administered by one of our non veterinary qualified kennel team.
