“Ema is a wonderful person and a natural with dog grooming. She gave our dog his first puppy trim and is very gentle with him. Giving us advice for free on grooming and other care issues, Ema is highly recommended, putting the safety of the dog first. She would never over charge. I’ve seen a negative review here but I have no idea why, she is amazing.”

“Booked to see Ema as google reviews were good (probably her own family) turned up to find no parking and a rough looking terrace council house with broken toys amd rubbish in the garden. I could here an argument from inside the house with lots of swearing! Ema has bright dyed hair, noserings amd loads of tattoos and frankly scared the #### out of me. She was very rough with my little poodle scaring both it and me, all the time using bad language amd making sexually suggestive comments about me and my body. She did an average job of the wash and trim in her lean to outhouse that she calls a workspace! Then charged me more than quoted as she said my dog was dirty so needed an extra wash, (he was not!) pais anyway as just wanted to get out of there but NEVER gping back again!”
