About Me
I am loving life behind the lens with the beautiful backdrop of picturesque Godalming, Surrey,
I have always had a passion for photography from a very early age. Owning a 35mm camera and working in a dark room in the family shed!

I specialise in capturing the beauty, character and essence of 'man's best friend'. I'm never far away from a camera or a dog! I also find joy in photographing pets of all kinds and sharing my passion for animals and nature with others.

I have in recent years attended many dog behaviour courses and have an understanding of a dogs wellbeing, this in turn enables me to make sure the dog is relaxed and ready to take photos off. Over the past few years I have attended many photography courses, with the latest being with the reknowned pet photographer Andy Biggar. I am owned by two labradoodles who keep me on my toes and I am a mum to 3 young adults!

Booking a Photoshoot
When we have booked your session and discussed your requirement, we will arrange a day and time to meet.  I will then spend time to get to know your pet which will help them feel comfortable with me being there. Once they are comfortable with me,  I will show them my camera and lenses and let them have a sniff so that they are comfortable. I use various lenses of differing lengths throughout the shoot, but more often than not it will be a longer lens so I  don't need to be very close.

I am happy to come to your house and/or if you prefer we can take the photographs at a location that you and your dog knows and are familiar with. I aim to make the photography session a fun and relaxed session.

A photoshoot will last between one and three hours with many hundreds of images being taken during a session. This is to ensure that I capture all of the photographs needed to make sure we achieve a great photoshoot.Once the session is over I will edit the photographs which will take around 5 days and I will then pop them into a special private password protected gallery, this is completely confidential.

A session costs £109, this price includes reasonable travelling time,  the photoshoot on the day as discussed in the initial correspondence, editing of the photos, and the password protected private gallery. I will then upload the photos once edited to the private gallery on my website for viewing. Alternatively I can come and present the images in person. You can then start to decide which images you would like to purchase.

The products purchased are produced using leading edge professional printing partners, where colour calibration is done at least twice a day on equipment designed to reproduce images to the highest standards. Your images are mounted and displayed in a range of beautiful frames, manufactured to impeccable standards, all of which ensure that your treasured images remain as outstanding as the day you receive them........

“I went to school with jane, but lost touch, I recently saw her wonderful work on FaceBook and was so impressed I booked a shoot, the results were fantastic, so actually booked another shoot for my latest litter, the results again were stunning. I am waiting for her to come again to shoot my latest dog. I am more than happy with all the pictures 😀”

“Jane responded quickly after my enquiry and came to the house on two occasions to capture the dogs at different times of the day in different light and different temperatures. The first session was midday and very warm, so she returned 2 days later in the early morning. She has captured our beloved trio perfectly and I now have a high quality USB with a number of delightful photographs with them all together and individual ones as a gift for my husband's 60th birthday in September. Thank you Jane for a very professional service.”
