“I purchased this for family as a birthday preset for our daughter and grandchildren. We had two pitches, loved the two days of activities, so good to make memories. Positive, well laid out, lots to see and take part in, well equipped for dogs and families, large grounds, not overcramped, easy to book. Negative point's, toilets, showers substandard, lady constantly negatively commenting on tanoy, I understand about the rules etc however do not state about harsh handling in classes, address the handler in a polite manner. Grandchildren upset thinking puppies were being treated unkindly. Food, refreshments overpriced for quality, no signs for exit, rude traffic wardens, grass unkempt. Please state cash needs to be paid for have a go activity as covid stopped people carrying cash, we was restricted due to this. ”
