West Pallant (sleeps 8)
When old meets new! This stunning Georgian townhouse is full of traditional character, yet complimented with modern finishes! Centrally located in a quiet, residential area of Chichester & sleeping 8 in 4 large rooms. With a spacious feel, the house is a great base for friends & family to come together for a celebration or event. Dogs are most welcome & the house even has two private courtyards, two log burners & two lounges!

Tanglewood (Sleeps 8)
A lovely detached house set in mature woodland grounds of 1.3 acres where dogs are very welcome! Our beautiful house sleeping 8, is spacious, yet cosy with a wood burner in the kitchen and open fire in the sitting room. Located in the quaint village of Walberton, the house is fully equipped for both business travellers and family/friends get togethers. The house sits on 1.3 acres of managed woodland and is perfect for everyone to enjoy including dogs and children, as it is secure. There are various sitting and dining areas in the garden to enjoy the sunshine at all times of the day. There is a gas BBQ provided. It is well looked after and cleaned after every guest.

North Mundham Cottage & Studio (Sleeps 11)

Split between two properties, this beautiful plot is perfectly located for a large group to escape for a relaxing break away! Set in a fantastic secluded, rural setting & surrounded by nature, this beautiful accommodation is perfectly located for you to escape for a relaxing break away! The cottage has a swimming pool (seasonal), tennis court & even a zip wire along with plenty of lovely seating areas in the gardens! The cottage & studio is made up of two separate units, sleeping up to 11 in total. It is perfect for a large group of friends or family and a great base to explore the local area! We are also dog friendly! Both the cottage and studio have been built with guests in mind and are very well thought out.

Old Thatch (sleeps 10/14)
Welcome to The Old Thatch, a grade II Listed thatched cottage with many exposed beams, built in 1653. Our beautiful cottage sleeps 10/14 and is made up of two areas – the cottage itself and the pool room area. The large, secure garden with swimming pool (heated 1st May to 30th September) is a great feature of this beautiful, unique property. There is a table and chairs with umbrella for you to use on the patio area to enjoy those summer evenings and get together with family and friends. The garden is maintained every other week by a gardener and a pool maintenance company visit every Thursday during the summer. Dogs are very welcome at the cottage – they must not be left unaccompanied in the property at any time and must not be allowed on any of the furniture or beds, only on tiled or wooden floors.

Lime Heights (sleeps 6)
This modern house is very spacious and located only a few minutes walk from Chichester’s busy high street. It is the perfect place to getaway for families or friends, with so much to see & do in the local area. The house is located in a quiet residential area & has it’s own parking & private garden which is a lovely space to relax. All rooms are light & bright for all to enjoy. Dogs are very welcome

Our semi detached house has two levels. It is modern with contemporary artwork throughout and vibrant colours. A very well thought out space with lots of natural light.

The Dingle (sleeps 4)
This homely two bedroom house is a real retreat nestled near the South Downs countryside. It has its own sunken wood valley, orchard, tennis court, table tennis & plenty of gardens & space for children to play & explore, making it ideal for families. The unique house is away from any neighbours & is surrounded by a large garden allowing you to relax & unwind.

The whole property has recently been painted and is abundant with unique artwork on the walls.

The cottage is cosy and quirky. The space and gardens really open the house up and make it a great place for families to explore and enjoy time playing and relaxing.
