“I would like to thank you for the excellent house / pet sitting service your company has provided. I especially want to highlight the professional, understanding and caring approach Pam displayed whilst looking after our two spaniels. It was the first time we had used this service and I was nervous as we have a reactive young spaniel and an equally challenging intact male spaniel that required an experienced dog handler to look after them. Pam had to deal with all the quirky behaviours our dogs display with a calm , professional understanding . She sent photos and messages everyday which reassured us .We feel that Pam went above and beyond our expectations and would without hesitation recommend her to anyone who needed their dogs cared for . “We had Nicky and Bob look after our gorgeous but very lively Viszla (Eevee) for two weeks in August and couldn't recommend them more. They were really friendly, easy going, professional and very clued up on how to manage dogs. They even sent us pics / vids everyday to let us know how Eevee was doing! 5 Star from me! ”
