My name is Lesley and I run Scamps and Champs with my partner John and colleagues.

I hold the Pet Sitting Certificate which I passed with credit studying through the Animal Care College, I have attended an Animal First Aid Course at My Pet Stop and I have attended a Sheila Harper Canine Communication & Body Language seminar.

I am a real animal lover and I have an Irish Wolfhound called Finlay, a miniature schnauzer called Molly, a Westie called Raffy and a Yorkie called Ginny.

My pets are my babies and I know how hard it is to leave them at holiday time. You can rest assured that I will look after your pets as I would my own.

We offer dog home boarding where your dog will live with us as part of the family whilst you are on holiday.

All Our Pet Services

Dog Walking: We offer a dog walking service for owners who may be out at work all day or someone elderly that wants the companionship of a dog but finds walking difficult. We offer a flexible daily or occasional service to suit your needs. We will always try to walk your dog in nearby parks or woodland depending on where you live. We will vary the walks to keep your dog stimulated.

Dog Home Boarding: We offer dog home boarding where your dog will live with one of our host families as part of the family whilst you are away.



Dog Home Visits: Another alternative to kennels whilst you are on holiday. We can visit your dog(s) either 3 or 4 times per day enabling them to stay in their own familiar surroundings. This service includes walks, feeding, toilet breaks and of course lots of cuddles and attention.
We can also draw your curtains, bring in your post, water the plants and turn lights on and off keeping your house safe while you are away.
This service is only available within a 5 mile radius of our base in Bredbury.

Puppy Visits: Want to get a puppy but you are out at work all day? We can visit your puppy, clean up any accidents, have some play time and then finish off with a big cuddle.

Pet Taxi: We can take your pet to the vets or dog groomers whilst you are at work.

Pet Photography: PET PORTRAITS - capturing those special moments with our four legged friends.



Parrot Home Boarding: We offer parrot home boarding for your feathered friends whilst you are away in a home environment.

Overnight Pet/House Sitting: We will stay overnight at your house with your pets keeping them company whilst you are away. This service includes a morning and evening walk for dogs if required.

Cat & Small Pet Home Visiting Service: We offer a home visiting service which is ideal for cats as they can stay in their own surroundings. We will visit once or twice a day, whichever you prefer and feed your cat, give fresh water, clean the litter tray and give lots of cuddles.
We can also draw your curtains, bring in your post, water the plants and turn lights on and off keeping your house safe while you are away.
This service is also available for small pets.
