We are able to offer special deals and last minute availability to enable those who can take breaks during the week to take advantage of lower rates. Riverside Lodge (sleeps 4)
This stunning New Forest Riverside Lodge is the perfect holiday home for guests looking for somethings different. Up to 3 dogs allowed with direct access to the woodland and through to the New Forest. Built in 2015, it is a 2 Bedroom Cedar clad Lodge in the New Forest. Riverside Lodge is set in the most beautiful and secluded of locations on the banks of the Hampshire Avon, with views over surrounding farmland.

 The property has 2 spacious bedrooms, underfloor heating, bi-fold doors letting the outside in, 2 bathrooms and a romantic wood-burner in the lounge & dining area. One of the showers is a double shower and has access from the outside for those staying in the tipi! The super kingsize bed can be made into two singles and has patio doors out onto the verandah, which overlooks the river and the lake.

Hill House (sleeps 10)
Stylishly decorated throughout in a distinctly boutique hotel style, this large and luxurious Grade II listed holiday home is the perfect choice for larger groups wishing to celebrate a special occasion in style.

Beach View House (sleeps 9)
Located directly on the beach this large property is the perfect choice for celebrating special family occasions, with plenty of space and entertainment facilities, with the luxury of an indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Located in the village of Cooden close to Bexhill on Sea, a pretty Sussex town on the coast that offers plenty of relaxation and family entertainment, with a good array of independent shops restaurants, cafes and pubs. The property is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts.

It is close to the countryside offering, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding. Families will enjoy exploring the many castles, gardens and family attractions on offer in the wider area.

Rural Carriage Conversion (sleeps 2)
This lovingly refurbished showman’s carriage set on a working farm, presents quirky accommodation in a stunning countryside setting, perfect for celebrating a special occasion with a loved one or a romantic getaway for two.

Located in the heart of the East Sussex countryside with beautiful rural views, the carriage enjoys a beautiful and timeless view across to historic Bodiam Castle, which is managed by the National Trust . Hop on the nearby Kent and East Sussex railway to explore the surrounding areas and take in more of the countryside.

Alfred's Apartment (sleeps 4)
Located in the ‘hub’ of the county, Alfred’s Apartment is located in the impressive Malthouse in the very centre of the historic town of Alnwick. Formerly a brewery, this interesting old building has been transformed into a selection of luxurious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, providing modern living in a medieval town.

Alfred’s Apartment is west-facing and sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. One dog is very welcome and there’s a small private balcony. Everything in the town is at your fingertips, so a car is not necessary when you stay in Alnwick, especially if you’re staying for a shorter break.
