Here at East Coast Hideaways, we have handpicked a selection of luxury self-catering holiday properties, all of which are dog and child friendly. Our properties include romantic cottages, Grade II listed houses, cosy lodges, and huge coastal homes, all chosen because they have something lovely about them and are near the coast/broads.

We get to know all of our owners, have visited all of the properties we list, spend all our time in and around the coast, and have a wealth of knowledge about the best places to visit. We are also a small bespoke agency, so very personable, open 7 days a week, flexible in our approach, and always happy to help.

At East Coast Hideaways, we offer packages to suit all owners. Whether you want to just list with us and do the rest yourself, or hand us the keys and let us manage it for you, we work to your requirements.

Heidi Corner - sleeps 4 and 2/3 dogs 

Heidi Corner really is a little piece of heaven by the sea and only a 350 step stroll to the dunes of Winterton on Sea. The property is a mix of stunning modern luxury and charming seaside cottage, with all the mod cons you might need to make your stay incredible. That’s not to mention the very secure back garden, outdoor lounge set and private 5 person hot tub, covered by a lit pergola, doggy shower, wooden stair gate, dog towels, bathrobes, treats, bowls, beds, crates and personalised collar tags!

Dating back to at least the 17th century, Garden Cottage is an idyllic Grade II Listed brick and flint holiday home. An enviable escape to the country and coast, it is also a site of architectural and historic interest. It will boast four bedrooms and a stand alone fifth bedroom in the garden barn.

Seawaves Cottage (sleeps 5 plus 2 dogs

This property combines all the convenience of a very well thought out and stylish new-to-market home. It exudes the charm of a cool seaside house, with large enclosed garden and a very short stroll to Pakefield’s golden sandy beach under 150 yards away. Seawaves Cottage is doggy-friendly holiday home providing beds, treats and much more. 

Kirkley Reach (sleeps 8 + 2 plus 2 dogs)
Kirkley Reach is a new-to-market Grand Victorian bay fronted house, and only a Stone’s throw to Kirkley’s sandy beach under 200 yards away. This beautiful property boasts original features, high ceilings, fully enclosed South facing rear garden, and all the convenience of a very well thought out and stylish home, while oozing the charm of a seaside bolthole.

Vale Cottage (sleeps 6 + 2 plus 2 dogs)
Vale Cottage has recently undergone a decorative overhaul by its new owners. The property is a lovely, warm and light detached house, around half a mile from the very unspoiled Bacton coastline, which is very dog welcoming. When you can tear yourself away from the stunning Norfolk coastline, it’s time to enjoy the comfort this gorgeous getaway has to offer, not forgetting the brand new 6 person hot tub in the garden, dog treats, towels, bowle and more. 

No.4 Burnham Market - sleeps 4 and 2 dogs

No 4 Back Lane is a light and airy end of terrace pebble stone property, a short walk to the centre of Burnham Market. This is an ideal property for a holiday as the North Norfolk coast is only a short drive away. The property comes with two car parking spaces and a south facing court yard garden, and its proximity to the coast makes No.4 the ideal base to explore the wonders of North Norfolk and its pristine coastline
